These territories require a minimal monthly license fee based on Zip Code, Medium
Household Income, and Population. This monthly licensee fee usually can be recovered by seeing one or two diet patients per month.
Exclusive geographic territories are acquired on a first come basis. Licensees may choose as small or large a territory as they desire based on availability, once secured, the Licensee has exclusive rights to that geographic area for the Dr. TED Diet™ program.
Licensees are required to have a medical director to prescribe medicines and a staff member to handle injections and weekly appointments with the patients.
