The license program is not a franchise and consequently a licensee can avoid the large fees
and capital as well as the restrictive controls on an independent business common with franchises. The AestheticDRs license program provides for a monthly payment plan; additional sources of revenue from the sale of ancillary products available through AestheticDRs; sample advertising and promotion templates and other such information and an “easy in & easy out” license provision that allows the licensee to discontinue the program and his monthly license fee with 30 days notice. In the case of the Dr. TED Diet™, entry into the new program does not prevent the licensee from continuing most types of existing diet programs the medical practice may already be utilizing. While other income producing programs may become available to the licensee at no additional expense, the information provided below refers specifically to the Dr. TED Diet™.
An individual, company, corporation or other entity that provides medical services to the public and maintains a supervising physician on staff in accordance with the State laws in which the business resides. A copy of the supervising physician’s medical license or enough information provided via the application to verify the license via Board of Medical examiners is necessary. The license will be terminated immediately if the entity fails to maintain a supervising physician who has been approved by AestheticDRs.
Your account representative will work with you on the exclusive territories you choose. For acceptance, the territory chosen must be large enough to warrant licensing. Zip codes chosen must adjoin each other.
License fees are based on Zip Code population and a sliding scale based on household income. Entry to the program is minimal and in many of these exclusive territories, typically only one or two patients a month pays for the license fee for an entire area.
No expensive lasers or other huge investment in equipment is necessary as is often typical in a franchise. A specific type of exercise equipment (Galileo or Nobel Rex K1 – see www.totalbodyvibration.com ) and an approved medical scale (a body composition analyzer) such as the Tanita TBF 410 (www.tanita.com/BodyComposition.shtml ) that provides a print-out of percentage of fat analysis is all that is required. Discounts to licensees are available through factory and various equipment dealers and used equipment is often available. A small amount of start-up patient folders and other inexpensive items are the only other items necessary to start the program other than the monthly fee which is tailored to the business owner’s needs.
If you want the program to work for you at its optimum both in patient success and profits, training is highly recommended at our Scottsdale training facility. While not optimum, other training options are available using a combination of the internet, telephone and DVD.
Monthly License Fees include approved credit card accounts or automatic withdrawal.
