Dr. TED Diet™ is an acronym for Thermogenic Endorphin (releasing) Diet

The Dr. TED Diet™ is a Patent Pending medically supervised safe, protein sparing, carb controlled, rapid weight loss program with specific food choices.   Patients receive a varied dietary combination of foods to choose from to create recipes and menus. The Dr. TED Diet™ does not consist of prepackaged, processed food made with preservatives, but offers unprocessed foods from your local grocery store.  A diet with an easy regime to follow. Since patients are not required to purchase prepackaged meals, the Dr. TED Diet™ is cost effective.

The Dr. TED Diet™  offers two programs:

1. 10 week program consisting of 6 weeks on the Dr. TED Diet™ followed by 4 weeks of the Maintenance program. Expected weight loss average of up to 21 lbs for women and up to 42 lbs for men.
2. 16 week program consisting of 12 weeks on the Dr. TED Diet™ followed by 4 weeks of the Maintenance program. Expected weight loss average of up to 42 lbs for women and up to 84 lbs for men.

Generally, Male patients lose 1 pound a day and women lose ½ pound a day.

Both programs include:

1. Medical consultation
2. EKG – if advised by physician
3. Lab tests.
4. Before and after pictures and measurements
5. Weekly counseling on nutrition and motivation with your medical staff(“Diet Team”)
6. Weekly B12 and B6 to help curb food cravings

Lifetime Maintenance Plan is available:

2. A low Glycemic Index plan

6. K-1 sessions

Exclusive geographic territories require a minimal monthly license fee based on Zip Code, Medium Income and Population. The monthly licensee fee usually can be recovered by seeing one or two diet patients per month.

Exclusive geographic territories are acquired on a first come basis.   Licensees may choose as small or large a territory as they desire, based on availability. Once secured, the Licensee has exclusive rights to that geographic area for the Dr. TED Diet™ program.
